"LesPark Official-Host Agreement" Renewal Agreement

This Renewal Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement") stipulates the rights and obligations between the operator of LesPark (ORIENT BASIC SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.) and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "LesPark" or "LesPark platform") and the host (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "you") regarding the extension of the cooperation in providing video/voice live streaming services on the LesPark live streaming platform .

Please read about this agreement carefully before signing to ensure that you fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Your ticking of the "Agree" button or your action of live-streaming video/voice live on LesPark Live will be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement and your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Renewal Eligibility

1. You have signed the "LesPark Official-Host Agreement" and become the official direct signing host of the LesPark platform.

2. You have not committed any major breach of contract or illegal behavior in previous cooperation.

3. You have not been in any situation that causes you to be incapable of civil conduct or have limited civil conduct capacity.

4. You enter into this Renewal Agreement on your own accord.

Renewal Agreement

1. After signing this renewal agreement, your "LesPark Official-Host Agreement" with the LesPark platform will be automatically renewed for 1 year.

2. After the renewal, both parties shall still perform their respective obligations in accordance with the "LesPark Official-Host Agreement" and LesPark platform rules.

Right to terminate the contract

After the renewal, you still enjoy the right to terminate the contract as stipulated in the "LesPark Official-Host Agreement", but the termination must meet the procedures or conditions stipulated in the "LesPark Official-Host Agreement".

1. When the cooperation period agreed in this renewal agreement expires again, LesPark platform will send you a renewal notice separately, and you can decide whether to agree to extend the cooperation again at that time.

2. If the parties cannot resolve any dispute arising from this renewal agreement through negotiation, it shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution method stipulated in the "LesPark Official-Host Agreement".

3. This renewal agreement is a supplement to the "LesPark Official-Host Agreement" and has the same legal effect as the "LesPark Official-Host Agreement".
