Scope of application
Object: Support personal account (anchor & hall owner & creator) to withdraw cash, public account (guild president) is not supported for the time being.
Scope: earnings generated from live broadcasts (including live gift income, reward income, etc.) and creative earnings from the "Baihua Plan".

Real Name Authentication
In order to avoid withdrawal problems caused by inconsistent information, you need to make sure that the real name information of your withdrawal account and current account are consistent.

Users in mainland China: support WeChat, Alipay, bank card (mainland) withdrawals
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan users: bank card (non-mainland), PayPal withdrawals
Overseas users: support bank card (non-mainland), PayPal withdrawals
Users withdrawing cash via WeChat, Alipay, bank card (mainland China) must sign the relevant service agreement with “yunzhanghu”. If the withdrawal fails due to incomplete signing, it can be transferred to manual processing, contact customer service or live broker for details.
Users withdrawing cash through bank cards (non-mainland), please fill in the account name in accordance with the bank account name. In particular, when Taiwanese users withdraw cash via bank card, it should be noted that the information of the bound bank card should be filled out strictly in accordance with the account name in alphabetical pinyin, rather than directly filling in the Chinese name.
Withdrawal Amount
Single cash withdrawal amount is not less than ¥10, and not less than the channel handling fee.
Single person (all accounts under the same real name) cannot withdraw more than ¥10,000 in a single day.
Users withdrawing via WeChat, Alipay or domestic bank cards cannot withdraw more than ¥98,000 in a single natural month for a single person (all accounts under the same real name). if the withdrawal exceeds ¥98,000 in a single month, it needs to be transferred to manual processing, please contact our customer service or live brokers for more details.
Withdrawal Frequency
Before the current withdrawal request is completed, it cannot be initiated again.
Withdrawal Time
The actual arrival time is subject to the third-party payment channel, please wait patiently.

Handling fee waiver subsidy: withdrawals within the annual amount of handling fee waiver.
Hosts & hosts contracted by direct labeling guilds: 6% of the handling fee will be waived.
Hosts & hosts contracted by three-party guilds: 3% waiver, 3% handling fee will be charged.
Non-contracted users (including creators): 3% waiver, 3% handling fee will be charged.
Withdrawal limits (including limits and handling fee discounts) are for the same real name rather than a single account, i.e., all accounts under the same real name share the same limit.
Any costs incurred during the withdrawal process (e.g. withdrawal channel handling fees, etc.) will be borne by you and will be deducted from your withdrawal amount.
For non-mainland users, even if the withdrawal fails in the bank card or PayPal channel, the channel handling fee will still be deducted.
Disclaimer
The real name information of the withdrawing account is the same as the authentication information of the current account, otherwise the account will be affected.
If the withdrawal fails due to your own reasons (including but not limited to failure to follow the prompts, inconsistency of the real name authentication information/binding information of the withdrawing account, freezing of the withdrawing account, etc.), you shall be responsible for the losses incurred as a result (including but not limited to the channel handling fee incurred due to the return of the funds as a result of the failure of the payment, or the inability to recover funds due to the payment to someone else's account, etc.).
