LesPark Account Deletion Agreement

Introduction 

Welcome to LesPark platform services! Before you apply to delete your LesPark account, please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the terms of this "LesPark Account Deletion Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please pay special attention to the terms we highlight in bold/underline involving the exemption or limitation of liability, the waiver of virtual property, applicable laws, and dispute resolution. When you check "I have read and agree to the 'LesPark Account Deletion Agreement'" and click confirm to delete, it is deemed that you have fully understood and completely agreed to all the contents of this Agreement.

Article 1: Difference Between Account Deletion and Deactivation (Disabling) 

· Deactivate Account (Disable): If you only want to temporarily disable your account and hope to restore it later, we recommend that you choose the "Deactivate Account (Disable)" function. During the deactivation period, we will properly save your data, and you can automatically unlock and restore it by logging in with your original account and password.

· Delete Account: If you confirm to completely abandon all assets and no longer resume using the current account, you can proceed to apply for deletion. Account deletion is an irreversible operation. Once successfully deleted, you will no longer be able to retrieve the account and any information or assets bound to it.

Article 2: Consequences of Account Deletion You understand and agree that the deletion of the account will result in irreversible consequences including but not limited to the following:

· Invalidation of Account Identity: After deletion, all identity markers of the account, such as real-name authentication, levels, and medals, will be permanently invalidated and cannot be retrieved. Your profile picture will be reset to the default, and your nickname will be reset to "User Deactivated".

· Unbinding of Accounts: The mobile phone number, third-party linked accounts (WeChat, Apple ID, etc.), and real-name authentication information bound to the account will be released upon completion of the deletion (except for those restricted due to violations).

· Personal Data Processing: Your personal profile data, posts, favorites, comments, chat history, following, and follower relationships will be anonymized or permanently deleted.

Article 3: Waiver of Virtual Assets and Value-Added Services You understand and agree that submitting a deletion request is deemed as your voluntary waiver of all unused assets and rights under the account. To avoid disputes to the greatest extent possible, you confirm and agree that:

· Unused virtual assets under the account (including but not limited to diamonds, beans, wallet balance, etc.), unexpired VIP membership rights, and other value-added services will be completely cleared after the account is deleted and cannot be recovered.

· The platform will not provide any form of refund, compensation, or reverse exchange services for the above-invalidated virtual assets and rights.

· Special note for users of iOS and other systems with third-party auto-renewal subscription systems: Deleting your LesPark account will not automatically cancel your auto-renewing VIP subscription on your Apple ID or other third-party payment platforms. Please be sure to manually cancel your subscription by going to your phone's system settings (e.g., [Phone System Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions]) before deleting your account, otherwise, charges may continue to occur. Any deductions and losses arising from your failure to cancel the subscription in a timely manner shall be borne by yourself, and the LesPark platform assumes no responsibility for this.

Article 4: 7-Day Cooling-off Period Rule To protect your rights and avoid accidental operations, the system will enter a 7-day cooling-off period after your account deletion request is submitted.

· During the 7-day cooling-off period, you can re-login to the LesPark app using your original account at any time to revoke the deletion request. After revocation, your account will be restored to its normal status.

· If the 7-day cooling-off period expires and you have not logged in and revoked the request, the system will irreversibly and permanently delete your account.

Article 5: Legal Liability and Violation Instructions 

· No Exemption from Liability: Deleting this account does not mean that your account behavior and related responsibilities prior to deletion are exempted or mitigated. You are still required to bear corresponding responsibilities for any illegal activities or behaviors violating platform rules during your use of LesPark services before account deletion. The platform reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

· Retention of Violation Records: For accounts with violation records, the platform will retain necessary registration information and evidence of violations in accordance with laws and regulations. During the violation penalty period, your original device and identity information may be restricted from re-registering or authenticating a LesPark account.

· Dispute Handling: If your account is currently being complained about, investigated by state organs, or is in the state of other unsettled disputes when applying for deletion, the platform has the right to unilaterally reject or suspend your deletion request until the relevant disputes are properly resolved.

Article 6: Other Supplementary Terms This Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the basic platform rules such as the "LesPark User Service Agreement" and "LesPark Privacy Policy", and constitutes an effective part of the platform rules. For matters not covered in this Agreement, the stipulations in the "LesPark User Service Agreement" and "LesPark Privacy Policy" shall prevail. The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, termination, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland area of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy arises between you and the LesPark platform regarding this Agreement, it should first be settled through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, and if you are a user in mainland China, you agree to resolve the dispute through litigation under the jurisdiction agreed upon in the "LesPark User Service Agreement".
