LesPark Facial Information Processing Agreement

Welcome to the Facial Verification Service! In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, before using the services and features provided by the LesPark Platform (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you are required to complete real-person and real-name authentication. This Facial Information Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between us and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you").

We hereby kindly remind you that before using our facial verification service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"), please be sure to carefully read and fully understand all provisions of this Agreement. Terms in this Agreement that significantly affect your rights and interests have been highlighted in bold text for your special attention; please read them carefully. You should carefully read and fully understand the entire contents of this Agreement before clicking to agree or checking the box to use this Service. Once you proactively click the "Agree" button or check the box, you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement in the presence of a legal guardian and make a decision on whether to accept the contents of this Agreement with their guidance.

1. Scope of Our Services and Personal Information Processing Rules You understand and agree that, for the purpose of verifying your real-person and real-name identity, you agree that we may transmit your name, ID number, or ID photo to Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and its cooperative service providers (hereinafter referred to as "Tencent Cloud"), and authorize Tencent Cloud to collect your facial information and device information through camera, microphone, network, and storage permissions, perform liveness detection on your facial information, and transmit your aforementioned identity information to verification agencies (such as entities subordinate to data management authorities or their authorized parties) to conduct identity information comparison and verification, thereby confirming your identity.

You understand and agree that, for the purpose of verifying your real-person and real-name identity and confirming your intent, you agree that we may transmit your name, ID number, or ID photo to Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and its cooperative service providers (hereinafter referred to as "Tencent Cloud"), and authorize Tencent Cloud to collect your facial information, audio recordings of you reading specified text, and device information through camera, microphone, network, and storage permissions, perform liveness detection on your facial information, and transmit your aforementioned identity information to verification agencies (such as entities subordinate to data management authorities or their authorized parties) to conduct identity information comparison and verification, thereby confirming your identity. At the same time, we will also verify the audio of you reading the text to confirm your intention for authentication.

Facial information and ID card details constitute sensitive personal information, which is necessary for us to provide this Service to you. If you choose not to provide or do not consent to our processing of the above sensitive personal information, you will be unable to use this Service normally, but this will not affect your use of other identity verification services provided by us (if any).

To satisfy our real-person and real-name identity verification service requirements and out of the necessity to enhance the security and accuracy of this Service process, you agree that we may perform necessary processing and retention of your facial biometric information, related video images, and identity information. If you choose not to provide or do not consent to our processing of the above sensitive personal information, you will be unable to use this Service normally.

2. How We Safeguard Your Personal Information Security We will only retain the information and verification results submitted by you in this Service for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Agreement, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. To protect your personal information security, we will take reasonable and necessary measures under existing technological levels to safeguard your personal information, adopting physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. In the event of an information security incident, we reserve the right to process your personal information in accordance with legal provisions and emergency management rules, and we will notify you in a timely manner.

Unless you separately provide explicit consent or unless otherwise explicitly required by laws and regulations, we will not provide the information you submit during the real-person and real-name identity verification process to any third party.

You agree that the personal information collected and processed by this Service will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

3. How You Can Manage Your Personal Information If you wish to access, copy, modify, delete, or withdraw consent regarding your personal information, you may submit your request to us via [cs@lespark.us]. We will review the matter as soon as possible and provide feedback within 15 working days or within the timeframe prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.

4. Miscellaneous We strive to ensure the effective and stable operation of the facial verification service based on existing technology. However, due to technical limitations and the susceptibility of facial information collection to unspecified factors such as ambient lighting, facial expressions, and makeup, as well as the relatively limited scope of information available to us for verification—alongside the continuous upgrading and improvement of technical capabilities and verification methods—we cannot guarantee that every facial verification attempt will be successful. If you find that your real-person and real-name verification is unsuccessful, you may re-initiate the verification process or contact us at [cs@lespark.us] to re-verify and allow us to improve our service level. You may also choose other verification methods provided by us (if any) to complete identity verification, except where facial verification is strictly required due to the nature of the service or for risk control purposes. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others, we reserve the right to suspend the provision of facial verification services to you if we deem that potential risks exist.

In order to provide you with better services or due to changes in national laws, regulations, policies, technical conditions, product features, etc., we will update this Agreement from time to time and make public announcements in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If you object to the updated content, please immediately stop using this Service. If you are aware of and continue to use this Service, you will be deemed to acknowledge and accept the updated terms of the Agreement.

You have read and understood the meaning and legal effects of all contents of this Authorization Agreement (especially the bold text), and voluntarily grant the above authorization. This Authorization Agreement represents your true intention, and you agree to bear all relevant responsibilities and consequences.
