Buddy, I know you go to the gym to build those abs! 😂😂 But too much training can cause your muscles to become stiff and tight. To counter that, I’d recommend doing some yoga, just once or twice a week (too much incorrect yoga can also harm you) Although I’m not a big fan of yoga being practised in gyms, I think once or twice a week would be a good counterbalance to your gym workouts. Just be careful with Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, as they can be quite demanding, especially if you’re a beginner. And I wouldn’t recommend hot yoga either. Go for something gentle, with plenty of stretching. A gentle Vinyasa flow would be lovely. It can help improve your flexibility, release muscle tension, and bring some balance to all that strength training. 😊💕
