慢熬浓醇卤汁，细细炸出金黄酥香的红葱酥，一遍一遍调试甜咸分寸。
Even though thousands of miles separate us right now, I keep practicing this heart-warming dish earnestly, preserving all tender flavors just for the day I come to meet you.
纵使此刻我们相隔千里，我依旧认真练习这道暖胃的卤肉饭，将所有温柔滋味悉数留存，只为奔赴你的那天。
When we cross the distance and run to each other, I wish to serve you this bowl of braised pork rice I’ve refined with all my heart. Through every ordinary day we share, I will prepare warm, loving homemade meals for you whenever we stay home together, will that be alright?
