I have an undiagnosed BPD (working on it - paper and meds), and probably an ADHD/AuDHD. For sure - anxiously attached.
It sounds like a lot, but I am pretty aware and just ask humbly to talk shit out and treat me like a (almost) normal human being. Hadle with care (c)
