Strawberry hearts & biscoff today

•40g ProteinWorld Chocolate Porridge
•20g ProteinWorld Fudge Sundae whey concentrate
•125g vanilla yoghurt
•30ml milk
•15g lotus crunchy spread
•chopped strawberries
You all know how to make this by now, but for those that don't know, here's the recipe:
Mix the porridge, milk, yoghurt and whey concentrate all together. Pop in the fridge overnight.
Take out in the morning and add your toppings, simple as that !

「儀式感」
我跟我媽都在4月生日
一個牡羊座 一個金牛座
我是一個很沒有儀式感的人（過生活比較重要）
我媽是個標準的傳統媽媽 （能省則省）
我從不會像我哥哥那樣的撒嬌和儀式感拉滿
我只會在普通的日子裡 有一個合適的時間帶著很節省的媽媽去一間不錯的餐廳或咖啡廳吃個飯或是喝杯咖啡
我不會在出差或是出國時常與我媽通話但我會因為
她抱怨我不聯繫而每天一有空檔就通一下電話（雖然我還是很不習慣） 但 這也是我維繫關係的一種方式。
